Happy Chinese New Year!!!
2006 is Year of the Dog - so I'm expecting lots of good luck - considering there are 3 of them in my house and a cat who thinks he's a dog!
Here's what you can expect the year to be like:
"The Dog is an ethical and idealistic sign, and the year that bears its name will also bring increased social awareness and interest in society's less powerful members. Any tendencies to take, take, take will be replaced by a widespread sentiment of generosity and selflessness. In general, we will all be imbued with the Dog's keen sense of right and wrong."
If you were born in: 1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994 0r 2006 - you're a Dog (and I mean that in the nicest possible way!). Dog people are:
"People born in the Year of the Dog possess the best traits of human nature. They have a deep sense of loyalty, are honest, and inspire other people¡¦s confidence because they know how to keep secrets. But Dog People are somewhat selfish, terribly stubborn, and eccentric. They care little for wealth, yet somehow always seem to have money. They can be cold emotionally and sometimes distant at parties. They can find fault with many things and are noted for their sharp tongues. Dog people make good leaders."
So - Happy Chinese New Year and Gong Xi Fa Cai (may you have wealth and prosper)!
