Of course this does depend upon being able to get a connection...and although there's a lot of wireless networks around, they still depend upon a line - a Telstra line....and that assumes the line works!
Having spent the last couple of weeks being able to answer calls for 5 of my neighbours, but rarely able to get dial tone to call out - and of course, the ADSL line that powers my wireless network was one of those lines that decided to link itself to my next door neighbours phone....there wasn't a lot of linking happening!
I've  unexpectedly become very attached to my 3 mobile that doubles as a broadband modem - not the cheapest option....but a connection regardless and great speed!!!
